MED-LOC’s mobile medical truck brings physician-led care directly to set, giving cast and crew convenient support without leaving production. Designed for the pace and demands of film, television, and remote-location work, the MED-TRUCK helps productions respond quickly to everyday health concerns, illness, injuries, dehydration, and other on-site medical needs.

MED-LOC works alongside on-set medics and production teams, providing physician-led medical support that complements the care already in place.

With Dr. Schilling available directly on location, productions gain a private, accessible medical resource that supports cast and crew while helping minimize unnecessary delays to the shoot day.

MED-LOC Mobile Command Center

At the center of MED-LOC’s mobile medical support is a 2025 Airstream Basecamp 20X transformed into a climate-controlled medical hub. Built as a self-contained medical command center, the MED-TRUCK is ready to support productions in city, ranch, rural, or remote environments.

Mobile Command Center features include:

20-foot Airstream Basecamp 20X, climate-controlled interior, onboard refrigerator, private restroom, Starlink satellite network, stretcher and lay-down treatment space, private exam and consultation area for cast and crew, and a Dometic room tent at the trailer entrance for additional treatment space.

Built for Mobility

The MED-LOC fleet also includes a 2025 Ford F-250 Super Duty and a 2025 Ford Expedition Tremor, giving productions flexible support for changing locations, remote access, and demanding production environments.
